Summary
This project funded the high density 800k genotypes for sires used in MLA Donor Company Beef Information Nucleus projects, and where applicable for low density genotypes on phenotype rich progeny within these projects. Sires and progeny sampled were determined through identifying valuable animals to build the start of genomic reference populations for the Australian beef industry.
