Summary
The lamb industry was chosen to conduct case studies in order to demonstrate the benefits of using a Sustainable Value Chain Analysis (SVCA) to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of a value chain approach in improving the productivity and competitiveness.
Woolworths and T&R Pastoral Company agreed to participate in this project.
