Summary
Teys Australia will design a Value Based Marketing (VBM) program to deliver a superior value based producer payment system with enhanced producer returns, improved revenue from increased carcase value andsuperior product delivered to the ultimate consumer via strong, meaningful brands underpinned by eating quality.
The plan is to deliver transformational change throughout the Teys supply chain and to the greater industry via development and implementation of a comprehensive Value Based Trading (VBT) system. This is a 3 year project that will conclude in 2018 where a comprehensive report will be provided for dissemination.
