Summary: This project was required to ensure the continual storage and delivery of MSA sensory product as required. The consultant was tasked with providing secure freezer storage for beef and sheepmeat samples, at the direction of MSA personnel.
The consultant was asked to abide by strict freezer storage limits, ensuring all product was maintained at -25 degrees Celsius with access available by arrangement.
