Summary
This contract was to cover the consultancy fees & expenses for John Thompson & Graham Gardner (Subcontractio) for the delivery of the MSA Meat Science Course in June 2015. MSA Meat Science Course is a 5 day training program that provides meat science training to industry participants to increase knowledge of underlying scientific principles of eating quality in beef and sheepmeat.
