Summary

Regional Flavours was a food and lifestyle event held in annualy in July and based on Brisbane's in Southbank.  Target 100 and beef and lamb were well represented in the Hunting Club where butchering and cooking presentations were centred on red meat.
All the chefs were right on message about cooking with beef and/or lamb and the producers were all fantastic and well received by both the chefs and the audience.
The carcass breakdowns were the most popular sessions with consumers - demonstrating the value of the project and bringing to life the whole paddock to plate experience.
Regional Flavours was well worth the investment and provides a seamless opportunity for MLA to connect with food and lifestyle media and consumers, show them how their beef and lamb is produced and instil in them the confidence that their choice to eat Aussie beef and lamb is ethical and sustainable – increasing producers "social licence".
