Summary

MLA employed Deepend to provide a detailed digital review and strategic recommendations ahead of the upcoming redevelopment of the MLA website.

This project involved reviewing MLA’s current digital ecosystem, including:
- Website, digital integration and analytics
- Email – including weekly emails to members and industry participants, and monthly and irregular program based emails
- Social media – in particular, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Search – paid and organic
- Mobile

The outputs of the project were a serious or reports and a strategic framework for all future digital activity, aligned with business and brand objectives, as a means of ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of MLA’s digital presence.
