Summary
A qualitative review of Feedback magazine was carried out to gauge reader thoughts on the ways the magazine can be enhanced to meet its key performance indicators of success. The review consisted of detailed telephone interviews with producers located across Australia and focus groups which were held at MLA-supported events. The review confirmed that producers enjoy the magazine and suggested ways to enhance the magazine.
