Summary
This consultancy was to assist the Environment Project Manager and MLA staff with development and implementation of 4.1.1 investment portfolio. Required tasks were both strategic and tactical. Specifically the consultant assisted with strategic planning and outlined a draft for the NRM business plan (2015), input into MISP planning documents and workshops, identifying and addressing gaps to ensure justification and evidence for proposed investment areas. Project development and management tasks were undertaken in support of implementing the portfolio with operational links between LPI and ICE in sustainability RD&E.
