Summary
Goal: To connect with urban consumers and promote Beef and sustainable production through the 'Nothing Beats Beef' and 'Target 100' brands MLA sponsored Brisbane's Regional Flavour event. Regional Flavours attracted 60,000 people over two days and provided an opportunity to educate consumers about beef and how it is produced. Celebrity and regional chefs demonstrated a variety of beef recipes while discussing production with Target 100 producers. A final report was provided by the event organisers to provide key learnings and outputs, however is not available publicly.
