Three Rivers BeefPlan Inc

Summary

During a 3 year period of the Three Rivers Beefplan, the group and its members have seen an increase in business and personal growth particularly of knowledge, skills, and experiences but overall there has been a major shift in group dynamics to become a very tight, supportive and prosperous group. Across two group meetings in February and March the group participated in an evaluation and planning exercise on the Beefplan experience. Comments obtained during this process were extracted to complete this report. We have left the comments as they were so that MLA could gain an insight into producer learning outcomes, and possibly assist them in providing producers with better learning outcomes in the future.
