Summary
Projects B.GOA.0022 and B.GOA.0056 were designed to provide consultative input and assistance into the development and implementation of the strategic direction, market segmentation, industry engagement, and monitoring and evaluation activities of MLA’s Goatmeat program.
Schuster Consulting Group were contracted to provide general service and consultation to the MLA Goat Program on an as needs basis, covering such tasks, but not limited to:
• Specific and strategic Industry advice
• Document review and compilation
• Consultation and interaction with stakeholders for specific strategic imperatives
• Specified support tasks not covered by current MLA contracts assisting in the implementation of the MLA Goat Program, under the Guidance of the MLA Goat Industry Development Manager
