Summary
The purpose of this project was to review and update the current training material for the slaughter of cattle in Indonesia that were developed for MLA by Paul Whittington of AW Training, Bristol University, UK. Following this review, the Project will develop a standalone SOP manual for the slaughter of Australian cattle in overseas markets
