Summary
The Goats on the Move eNewsletter has been in circulation since 2005 and is one of Meat & Livestock Australia's (MLA) top performing member email newsletters. Through this project online communication for goat producers will be increased to continue the development of the e-Newsletter as the flagship communication tool to Goat producers, whilst augmenting "Goats on the Move" through a fortnightly market report, case studies and promotion.
This project is a continuation of project B.GOA.0054 and B.GOA.0075. The continuation was due to delays in the implementation of the Friday Feedback process and deliberation as to how goat content is best communicated. This funding ensured continued service to the goat industry in the interim while tenders are sourced for the next Goats On The Move eNewsletter and Market updates project. This proposal provided resourcing for the sourcing, writing, development and deployment of:eNewsletter (six stories per issue, including one case study)
Fortnightly market reports.
Ongoing promotion of the eNewsletter to increase readership and subscribers.
