Summary
This consultancy coordinated the conduct southern feedbase audit, and assist implementation of other 2010-11 projects. Project Description By 30 June, 2012:
Managed the conduct of a feedbase audit across southern Australia (NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia) completed by June 30, 2010 2.
Develop new R&D projects for approval by the MLA Project Manager or Program Manager and facilitate their establishment as agreed with the Project/Program Managers.
Provide on-going review of the progress and value of projects toward MLA and industry strategic objectives and advise MLA from time to time as required.
Develop and maintain operational relationships with producers, R&D providers and other stakeholders as required by MLA Outcomes The southern feedbase audit was successfully implemented.
The pasture audits were undertaken in NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and WA based on agreements B.PAS.0276, B.PAS.0277, B.PAS.0278, B.PAS.0279, B.PAS.0280. There are no individual reports for these agreements, with the outputs being compiled via project B.PAS.0297 "Analysis of Feed-base Audit".
