Summary
This project was to undertake marketing, delivery & evaluation of a producer course to encourage uptake of the results of research and development to help improve the performance of sheep producers in WA.
The purpose of the course was to increase producer understanding of the operation and purpose of the MLA/ AWI cost of production calculator, to encourage its uptake as a basic management and analysis tool to help products manage key profit drivers of their lamb and wool enterprises. The project was terminated. The consultants tested the market for workshop demand and assessed that there was insufficient demand to meet the workshop and participant targets.
