Summary
In support of the Funding for the Future project, the CIE research was undertaken to better understand the causes of cattle price declines since 2005. MLA requires a better understanding of the key drivers of changes in Australian cattle prices over the past three years (2003-2005) and an assessment of the relative contribution of each of those drivers to the observed market outcomes.
