New Comprehensive Indicators Report developed

To provide greater transparency of prices across Australia, MLA’s Market Information team has compiled a new Comprehensive Indicators Report. The report incorporates all NLRS-reported saleyard data to develop and collate national, state and regional indicators on a daily basis.
Using standardised language, it offers an easy way to compare changes across indicators, week-on-week or year-on-year. Cattle and sheep indicators are weighted averages, and are calculated daily as a seven-day moving average price. Three dairy cattle indicators are also included.
