Rainfall mostly along the south east coast

The country was predominantly dry again this week, with the only rainfall of significance recorded along the south east coast and in eastern Tasmania. The Central and North Coast of NSW and the Gippsland region in Victoria received the heaviest falls, between 25-50mm, while lighter showers fell from south east Queensland and continued south into Victoria.  Parts of eastern Tasmania received up to 25mm.
