Red meat exporters gear up for Food & Hotel Asia (8–11 April 2025, Singapore)
Over 17 Australian beef, lamb and goatmeat exporters, along with MLA, will be exhibiting at South-East Asia’s flagship tradeshow Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) in Singapore. More than 65,000 attendees, coming from all over Asia, are expected over the four days.
With Australia as the host nation partner for 2025, the Australian pavilion is set to be one of the largest this year, with a full-fledged program including Aussie beef and lamb masterclasses and seminars.
MLA, in collaboration with Austrade, will also be hosting the Aussie Beef & Lamb Networking Reception and Showcase. The menus will be specially curated by six South-East Asia-based Lambassadors and Aussie Beef Mates.
Chef Eric, Malaysia Lambassador, said that he’s excited to be part of FHA and showcase his signature whole lamb recipe.
“This is my take on the slow-roasted grilled whole Aussie lamb recipe, Malaysian-style – perfect for banqueting, catering and special occasions.
“Aussie lamb is highly versatile, and I am pleased to be back in Singapore for FHA 2025 and have the opportunity to network with trade and food professionals from all corners of the region,” he said.
