Lambassadors set to drive global demand for Aussie lamb
20 April 2023
Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), in collaboration with the Victorian Government, is bringing a new group of global ‘Lambassadors’ to Melbourne next month to showcase Australian lamb.
As the world's largest exporter of lamb, Australia is renowned for producing a high quality, sustainable product that is enjoyed in over 100 countries.
Through the Lambassador program, food professionals from around the world are empowered to share the Australian Lamb brand’s story with their global network and drive international demand.
The program, which began in Japan in 2015, has grown to a community of over 50 food professionals worldwide.
