WagyuEdge Conference - Building Integrity

The Australian Wagyu Association annual conference brings together supply chain actors for the red meat industry, specifically Wagyu. The event comprises a 3-day conference with guest speakers, workshops and supporting events to bring delegates the latest information relevant to improving their business through breeding, genetics, nutrition, processing, retail and meat science research, and to network with industry peers. It is followed by a 2-day tour of Wagyu producers, breeders or brand owners local to the location of the conference. The conference is held in different locations each year and attracts around 450 delegates from Australia and internationally. The Conference program provides a breeder to consumer focus, highlighting the need to optimise product quality to consumer specifications and developing plans to meet those expectations.
