Location: Michael Long Learning & Leadership Centre, 70 Abala Road, Darwin
This symposium will increase the capacity and knowledge of land managers to implement land management practices that will improve on-farm soil.
By hosting the symposiums in key population and agricultural areas, the agendas and information provided will be tailored to local issues and challenges. The symposium will focus on how appropriate cattle management can assist the following topics:
- soil biology
- soil carbon
- soil microbes
- nutrient management
- biological inputs
- soil erosion and conservation.
