Ms Lisa Sharp, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, MLA: What drives the demand for Australian beef
Lisa has an extensive background in consumer marketing, product innovation, global strategy development, change management and general management. She has held marketing leadership and executive team positions in a number of Australian and multinational organisations. Lisa will set the scene by describing the drivers behind the demand for Australian beef and how consumer trends are influencing the beef business.
Ben Thomas, Market Information Manager, MLA: Beef industry projections for 2017
Ben is responsible for compiling the quarterly beef and lamb industry projections and generates regular market data and analysis for the red meat industry. Ben will launch the beef industry projections for 2017 and provide an insight into what we can expect in the next 12 months.
Jennifer Wainwright, Managing Director, AUX Venture: Opportunities and potential for the beef producer
Jennifer is the founder and Managing Director of Aux Venture, a specialist services company to the beef industry.
