With the theme, ‘Future-Fit Farming’ DAS24 will tackle decarbonisation and electrification, how Australian producers can verify our sustainability credentials on the global stage, and the approach we should adopt when it comes to artificial intelligence in agriculture. The program includes Microsoft ANZ Chief Technology Officer Sarah Carney, Pecora Group founder Cressida Cains, Agscent’s Daniela Carnovale and AI and Cyber Futures Institute Executive Director Gana Pogrebna. There’s also an immersive session taking you to the farm office of the future, to explore how emerging technology and data platforms will change the day in the life of a farmer over the next decade, from paddock-level forecasting, animal welfare and asset management, through to data collection, integration, and traceability.
