Modern Slavery Statement

This is the third Modern Slavery Statement (“Statement”) for the Meat and Livestock Australia Group (MLA), which includes its subsidiaries, MLA Donor Company, and Integrity Systems Company. Our statement is reviewed and published annually in accordance with Section 13 of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (“Act”).

MLA recognises that it has a responsibility under the Act and is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities. The purpose of this statement is to set out our actions in understanding potential modern slavery risks related to our business and in developing steps that are aimed at ensuring robust frameworks and processes are in place to minimise the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains.
