Business EDGE young guns
Business EDGE young guns workshops are for up-and-coming livestock producers who are ready to build their business skills and confidence to manage a modern agricultural business.
This two-day training for beef, sheep and goat producers is designed to give participants an understanding of the key terminology, concepts and indicators of business performance.

- the fundamentals of long-term wealth creation and equity building
- understand where your business is performing well and where it can be improved
- a way to prioritise on-farm investment decisions
- understand how performance affects business performance

- understanding and measuring key performance indicators over the short- and long-term

- managing business risk
- determining the funding requirements of the business and allocating working capital
