Secure your spot - register early for Gympie Meat Profit Day
With less than two weeks to go before the Gympie Meat Profit Day on Friday, 25 July Queensland livestock producers are being urged to secure their spot and pre-register before the event.
Those producers who pre-register for the event will save $10 on the entrance cost. The family friendly day is also offering a special discounted entry price for families and a child minding service. A casual dinner will be on offer at the conclusion of the day. Read more...

Release of Garnaut Report into climate change The recently released Report calls for Australia to act now to reduce emissions despite climate change being a global problem requiring international cooperation from all countries. The Report states that agriculture is the most affected sector in the economy when it comes to climate change, reflecting the potentially large productivity losses in that sector.
